Holding onto their awards that they'd won earlier on the night, the likes of Idris Elba and Kelsey Grammer continued to party the night away.
Despite not making it into the awards ceremony, Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan and Paris and Nicky Hilton made sure they were awards show ready when they walked the red carpet for the afterparty.
Wanting to ooze Hollywood glamour for the night, Lindsay opted for a peach coloured high neck floor length gown, with her blonde hair falling onto her shoulders. Kim on the other hand channelled the Hollywood vixen and opted for a figure hugging black gown.
