Stars attended the 2012 Golden Globes last night and showed a stunning display of fashion on the red carpet. Actresses such as Angelina Jolie, Charlize Theron, Sofia Vergara and Nicole Kidman were major top contenders for the Best Dressed at the Golden Globes.
Jolie, 36, wore a stunning white Versace dress with a striking red fold over her chest. The contrast between the red and the white certainly made her gown stand out from the rest. Her hair was styled all back into a bobtail; this simple yet stylish hair style accentuated her elegance and made her complete outfit a winner.
Charlize, the South African beauty, wore a long pale Dior dress which showed off her enviable figure. The dress itself displayed her cleavage and featured a thigh-high split, she made it look effortless and was most definitely a memorable gown from the Golden Globes.
Sofia, the-39 year-old actress startled the red carpet as she wore a blue backless mermaid gown by Vera Wang with Harry Winston jewels. The frock displayed her fuller figure and was a knockout on the red carpet.
Nicole Kidman wore a dazzling grey Versace dress with gold studded stones along the front. The 47-year-old’s fitted dress really gave her the wow factor as it showed us her astonishing physique.
Other best dressed included: Elle MacPhersons, Paula Patton, Jessica Alba, Reese Witherspoon and Kate Beckinsale.
