Last night saw Ricky Gervais take to the stage to host the 2012 Golden Globes Awards with stars such as George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Angelina Jolie, and an injured Brad Pitt in attendance.
The British comedian was a little bit more reserved this year with his witty jokes, but he did have a little banter with Madonna.
When Ricky introduced the singer and director of 'W.E.' as "just like a virgin" with a bit of a cough, Madonna quipped: "If I'm still just like a virgin, Ricky, then why don't you come over here and do something about it?" She paused. "I haven't kissed a girl in a few years..."
The stars shone bright on the red carpet in true Hollywood fashion, with only one noticeable faux pas - with Madonna stepping on Jessica Biel's gown on the red carpet! Nearly stripping her of her skirt - Jess looked far from amused!
