Simon Cowell has been spotted unwinding on a luxury yacht off the coast of St Barts.
The French-owned resort in the Caribbean often plays host to holidaying A-listers, and Cowell has a big year ahead of him as he returns to Britain's Got Talent and attempts to improve the disappointing ratings of the UK and US incarnations of The X Factor.
The mogul is seen relaxing aboard the MY Slipstream yacht in the new snaps, as staff attend to him.
He has said of Alesha Dixon's highly-publicised appointment to the BGT panel: "I love Alesha. She is feisty, opinionated and knows what it's like to be both a competitor and judge on a hugely popular TV show.
"This is going to be a brand new experience for her and I think she is going to bring a lot to the table. I'm really looking forward to working with her and hope we get the opportunity to find a star together."
He has also said he wants the show to top The X Factor in terms of talent.
