'Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol' had it's premiere last night at the BFI Cinema on London's Southbank.
Tom Cruise and Paula Patton delighted fans as they arrived at the star-studded premiere for the fourth installment of the action franchise. The 49-year-old, who looked tanned and healthy in dark blue, happily spent time with the awaiting fans and posed for pictures and autographs. He was flying solo for the night as Katie Holmes, who was rumoured to attend, was a no-show.
The male stars wrapped up against the cold with Simon Pegg and Tom sporting full length coats. But their co-star Paula Patton did not seem to notice the chill in the air glittering in a silver mini-dress. She wasn't the only one braving the weather as Caprice donned a red strapless dress and bare legs.
Top Gear presenters Richard Hammond and Jeremey Clarkson both put in an appearance. The pair have struck-up a friendship with speed-demon Tom after he appeared on their show as the 'Star in a Reasonably Priced Car' last year.
The stars assembled at the BFI Max where the film will be shown in 3D. It has it's offical release in the UK on Boxing Day.
Tom is known to be a fan of Britain and recently revealed that he would like to appear in a film with his good friend David Beckham.
