Held at the exclusive Savoy Hotel, stars walked the blue carpet ahead of the prestigious event. Alexa Chung, who collected the British Style Award, wore a Christopher Kane number, while Daphne Guiness decided upon a striking Lady Gaga-esque ensemble complete with a comb headpiece.
