Last night saw a part of LA turn into a hub of activity as some of the music industry's most talented stars arrived for the 2011 American Music Awards.
And with an awards ceremony came the ceremonial red carpet where stars including Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and Jennifer Lopez posed for the cameras in their beautiful and well thought out gowns.
Known for getting the red carpet look right every time, Country singer Taylor Swift didn't disappoint by sauntering down the red carpet in a beautiful sequinned gold floor length gown. Also opting to go for floor length was Taylor's BFF Selena Gomez, who - deciding to be more daring - joined Taylor on the red carpet in a low cut metallic silver gown.
Even the men managed to look stylish with Glee's Matthew Morrison and Bruno Mars both going for the traditional suit.
