The controversial Michael Forever Tribute Concert took place at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff last night.
Michael Jackson's children Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket took to the stage to introduce Beyone's video performance, the BBC reports.
Paris said: "We're very happy to be here on this special night to honour our father."
Stars who made it in person included Pixie Lott, Christina Aguilera, Alexandra Burke, Gladys Knight, Smokey Robinson, Leona Lewis, Ne-Yo, Craig David, Cee Lo Green, Diversity and JLS.
LaToya Jackson returned from retirement to sing.
She said: "I have put musical performance behind me for roughly two decades."
"But there will never be another magical moment such as this to celebrate Michael with his fans to perpetuate the importance of his legacy.
"I am honoured to share the stage with the incredible performers in this line-up, and I'm certain nothing would make my brother smile bigger or brighter than this tribute concert."
While other members of the Jackson family were also behind the concert, some of Michael's siblings weren't in support of the "inappropriate" tribute because of the timing, as Conrad Murray is currently on trial.
The concert has been dogged by problems, including major acts like Chris Brown, the Black Eyed Peas and Jennifer Hudson pulling out at the last minute.
