EastEnders won the biggie at the British Soap Awards 2011 yesterday, and the women of the show brought their best looks to the red carpet.
They weren’t quite as flamboyant as the Hollyoaks cast (see their bonanza of backless, brightly coloured frocks here), but they showed off a range of colours and styles. Did they impress you more than the Coronation Street cast (see pictures here)?
EastEnders scooped four awards, including the one they all want (Best Soap) plus two for Jessie Wallace, who went floor-length in white. See the full winners list here.
Joining Jessie were Jo Joyner in navy plus Charlie Brooks and Michelle Collins in black. Jacqueline Jossa went for a pale shade while Shona McGarty popped in coral and Kylie Babbington chose a 1970’s style print.
