Angelina Jolie has revealed that she freaked out her eldest son maddox when he came to visit her on the set of Salt last year.

At the Tokyo press conference for her new movie, the actress revealed that her six children often came to visit her on set.

"They played with fake blood, and they found mommy very strange in her different hair.”

She continued, admitting that Maddox didn't recognise her as a male naval officer during one scene and even shook her hand.

She said: "I said, 'Honey, it's mommy'" before peeling off her fake ears, hands and nose.

Ange conceded: "I think I freaked him out."

Despite being a successful Hollywood actress, Angelina revealed: "I'm always in every minute their mom first.

I'm a bit of a goofy. I'm funny at home, I think."
