Telling someone that they’re like Britney Spears, is kind of like, a nicer way of saying that they dress like trailer trash.

So when fellow singer Katy Perry labelled the teen-singer as "Britney Spears all over again" we were expecting a feud.

But surprisingly the 17 year old Disney star was complimented by the news, despite Katy’s obvious slating.

According to M&C magazine Katy allegedly said: "She's definitely headed the Britney route. It's worse. Look at those outfits. It's bad."

But Miley refused to dwell on the negativity of the comment.

"I could be the positive person and look at all the amazing history that she's made, and the things that she’s accomplished....I choose to take it as a compliment". Cyrus said.

Wowzza!  we want a dosage of that positive thinking!
