Sex and the City 2 Premiere - Pictures

Last night was the fashion event of the year. No we don’t mean the Oscars or Cannes, we mean the New York premiere of Sex and the City 2!

The stars of the movie put on their glad rags to walk the red carpet and our favourite foursome didn’t let us down in the style stakes.

Sarah Jessica Parker stunned in a flowing, canary yellow gown with an asymmetric shoulder. A bold colour choice but one that paid off for the actress.

Cynthia Nixon ditched her tomboy persona and wore a gorgeous strapless black gown that showed off her figure perfectly.

Kristin Davis channelled Charlotte Yorke in an Elizabeth Taylor-esque rouched, pink dress and a sleek up-do.

Finally, Kim Cattrall wowed in a vintage inspired, gold gown. Very old Hollywood and very sophisticated.
