The Scottish actor was chased by female admirers and falling photographers as he left London's Groucho club at 3am this morning.
The 300 star looked peturbed as he did his best to ignore the wolf-whistles and shouts coming from his overzealous pursuers.
But his mood brightened when a snapper fell over backwards onto a pile of rubbish.
Gerard had been enjoying a Thanksgiving dinner at the private members club.
Other guests at the bash included Natalie Imbruglia, Kimberly Stewart and Stella McCartney.
