She's a little girl who is just dressing up for Halloween. Its honestly not as bad as what people are making out. Sure its a little trashy but as a society we are to blame for this kind of stuff. We can't criticize this little girl when who look at fashion and how celebrities today dress. She most likely sees her older sister as her idol and just wants to dress like her, however inappropriate it may seem. She does not deserve to be called a slut or a tart, she is only 9 years old.
