Peter Andre has signed a new record deal, according to his management company.
The singer, who split last week from wife Katie Price, and his representatives have been working on the deal for the past month, The Sun reports.
Peter, who shot to fame in 1996 with the single Mysterious Girl, has faced accused accusations he timed his split with Katie to create publicity around his new album.
But speaking for the first time about the couple's separation today, the singer described the claims as “just sick”.
Peter's last studio album, The Long Road Back, was released following his appearance on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here in 2004.
It was on the reality show where the singer met Katie. The couple, who have two children together, married the following year.
The singer has spoken about his new material on the couple's TV show, Katie and Peter: Stateside, which documents his time in a Los Angeles recording studio.
The pair announced their plans to separate after three-and-a-half years of marriage in a shock statement last week.
