Katie Price has approached Fiona Shackleton to consult her during her divorce from Peter Andre, according to reports.

The former glamour model, also known as Jordan, is said to be in talks with the lawyer, the Daily Mirror reports.

Shackleton has become a prominent legal figure for celebrities since she represented Prince Andrew and the Prince of Wales during their 1996 divorce cases.

She also acted for Sir Paul McCartney during his recent split from Heather Mills.

Heather famously threw water over Shakleton's head during a hearing at the High Court in London.

Katie and Peter announced their separation in a statement on Monday.

The former glamour model is understood to be in the Maldives with the couple's two children, Junior, 3, and Tiaammi, 1.

Peter, who has been pictured in Cyprus, is believed to have shared an emotional phonecall with his children yesterday.
