Red Alert! Fergie's Hair Dye Disaster?

Fergie arrived at Washington DC looking her usual stunning self on Monday – except for a bright red scalp, that is.

The singer had been in the city with new husband Josh Duhamel to croon the national anthem at the White House Easter Egg Roll, and hadn't let a badly stained head spoil her big moment.

Fergie debuted her newly-brunette locks last month so maybe she's fallen victim to a disasterous root touch up.

Alternatively, recent pictures of her with a gaping centre parting (see above) resulted in online gossip that the Fergalicious one is thinning on top - could she have tried to colour in the gaps, Travolta-style?
