Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise's mummy-daughter days are sweet in more ways than one - the pair have reportedly made Beverly Hills' bakeries their regular haunt.

Now that Katie is done with her on stage performances in Arthur Miller's All My Sons and acting in her upcoming movie The Extra Man has eased off, the actress is spending as much time as possible with her two-year-old tot.

So far the pair have been spotted loading up on sugary treats at Crumbs and Le Pain Quotidien, twice.

No wonder Suri always seems to be perked up and ready to go - sounds like a weary looking Katie could benefit from her daughter's example by eating a few sweet treats herself.
