The actress pretty much goes topless at Oscars party...

Sharon Stone suffered one of her regular moments of madness yesterday, deeming a completely see-through dress red carpet-worthy.

The actress was a sheer disaster as she posed for pictures at Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscars viewing party - with her nipples in full view.

With no bra in sight, Sharon left little to the imagination in her transparent dress.

But, at 50-years-old, we have to admit her assets have held up pretty well.
