Gwyneth Patrow left her fashion sense at home when she hit the red carpet for a screening of her new movie yesterday.
The actress has become something of an unlikely style icon over the past year, thanks to a series of appearances in daring thigh-skimming dresses and extravagant strappy heals.
And this month, the Iron Man actress is the very image of high fashion as she poses for the cover of Elle magazine's Fashion Issue.
But at a special screening of Two Lovers at the Sunshine Theater in New York City, Gwyneth was less style icon and more mismatched mess.
Apparently unaware that she was turning heads for all the wrong reasons, the actress was all smiles as she stepped out in an unflattering ensemble of high-waisted, leather-look shorts, a gawdy bronze top, cropped jacket and grey suede boots.
