Matthew Perry attended rehab on and off between 1997 and 2001. He developed an addiction to Vicodin, a pain killer used during his recovery from a jetski accident. While trying to deal with his addiction, he then became addicted to alcohol. Easily done! In 2000 he was hospitalized with pancreatitis as a result of his addictions. He has been to several rehabilitation centers, including Hazelden, Promises in Malibu, California, and was a hospital outpatient clinic in Marina del Rey, California.
