Lindsay Lohan attended rehab on multiple occasions in 2007 for addiction to drugs and alcohol. In August 2007, Lohan pleaded guilty to cocaine use and driving under the influence and was sentenced to one day in jail and 10 days community service. She was also ordered to complete an alcohol education program, and was placed on three years probation.
