Everyone's best Friend Jennifer Aniston has revealed the secret to washboard abs and sexy stems at almost 40 - airbrushing.

The actress - who posed naked with only a tie to cover her dignity for GQ's January issue - spoke on a U.S. television show about the raunchy shoot.

When asked by host Barabara Walters, "What happened to the girl next door from Friends?", Jen laughed, “She’s there! Photoshopped!”

The normally-demure actress caused a stir when she stripped off for the men's magazine.

Jen even won the approval of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner who said, "Is it just me or is Jennifer Aniston getting hotter?"
