The pop princess is said to be struggling with her father's conservatorship over her personal - as well as financial - affairs.

Brit is desperate to see her ex but daddy Spears has put his foot down and will not be persuaded otherwise, according to US reports.

We wonder if Jamie has anything to do with Britney's Overprotected dates which include an entourage for her 'safety'?
