The self-proclaimed fashionista flashed her bony back as she left Cipriani restaurant in L.A. via the back door.
With her spine poking out of her dress, the star looked in dire need of a few more lunch dates.
Posh then did something out of the ordinary - she took a taxi home rather than being driven around in her Bentley.
