The busty blonde stripped naked to hand deliver Hef's 82nd birthday cake.

The actress' assetts were all on full show and no doubt set pulses racing on Hugh's raunchy T.V show The Girls Next Door.

Pam is currently starring in her new reality show Pam: Girl On The Loose where she likes to talk to the camera in the bath tub.

"Nudity, what's the big deal?" she admitted in the first episode.

Pam warmed up for the occasion by flashing her panties at London fashion week.
