Kristen Stewart's boyfriend has not been handling the persistent gossip surrounding his girlfriend's relationship with Robert Pattinson well, it's claimed.

Whilst much has been made of Kristen's on-screen chemistry and off-screen friendship with her Twilight co-star, real-life partner Michael Angarano has largely remained in the shadows.

But apparently even he is starting to wonder about the those romance rumours.

“Michael is really insecure when it comes to Rob,” a pal tells E! Online's resident gossip Ted Casablanca.

“Rob and Kristen would have to be very sneaky if they were dating. Everywhere [Kristen] goes, [Michael] now wants to go too. He’s extremely jealous.

“And let’s just say he’s been trying to be up in Vancouver a lot lately.”

It seems Rob may not have been helping matters.

It's claimed he deliberately attempted to be papped out and about with Kristen last week in a bid to deflect attention from stories he's dating his other New Moon co-star Nikki Reed.

“He doesn’t want [Kristen] or anyone to think he’s dating Nikki,” says a source.

I dont know what to believe anymore...i only know that we know very little about Rob, and that's good for him...at the end he's a person who would hate millions of people in this business...but i hope he clears our doubts about who he is dating or wanting to date...

This is trash. Hype. The studios love this and the actors hate it. Rob is an OK looking guy thrown into the hype machine. Hopefully it doesn't chew him up too much and he puts a nest egg away and does the music. Most people don't care about this stuff, with good reason. Every mag takes one line of some other story and makes a new story. Rob is 22 and shouldn't be mean but should play the field. Rob, be careful who you love.

I'm sure Rob and Kristen has something going on behind close doors. Look at how they look at each other. They look like they're in love, it's obvious!! But who is going to say that they're messing around especially if Kristen has a boyfriend. She's probably still with Michael because she doesn't want to look bad.
