Ashlee Simpson Gets Baby Tips From Nicole Richie

Ashlee Simpson is said to have chatted to Nicole Ritchie about becoming a mum and coping with a littl’un.

Mum’s the word for socialite Nicole – who gave birth to her first child, Harlow, in January - and has apparently been coaching the Simpson sister so that she is ready when the baby arrives.

"Nicole knows only too well how scary it is becoming a new mom and she has offered Ashlee some friendly advice and a helping hand for when the new baby arrives,” a source says.

"They get on really well and Nicole is hoping Ashlee's baby boy will have play dates with Harlow."

The LaLa singer has said to have felt a bit overwhelmed during her pregnancy – which she announced on husband Pete Wentz's Fall Out Boy website – and has been looking for a bigger home for her growing family, reports claim.
