Jennifer Aniston & John Mayer Wedding Rumours Hot Up

It's only been a matter of months since Jennifer Aniston hooked up with John Mayer and the wedding rumours are already flying.

Last week it was claimed that the Friends actress had blurted out a kind-of marriage proposal to her man - only to be turned down.

"During a recent romantic stroll on the beach in Malibu, the words 'I want to marry you' just tumbled out of Jen's mouth, a source told Star.

"Unfortunately for Jen," the source continued, "John doesn't share her desire to get married too quickly."

Mayer – who this week confessed that Aniston isn't the only groupie he's slept with – has since had a dramatic change of heart and is ready to make a more permanent commitment - at least according to the National Enquirer.

The latest edition of the gossip rag carries the headline "John Mayer Proposes to Jen" on it's front cover.

We're sure the pregnancy rumours won't be far behind...
