Miley Cyrus Wears Diabetes Dog Tag For Nick Jonas

Miley Cyrus has been spotted wearing a diabetes alert dog tag to show support to her friend Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers who has the disease.

The teen sensation was snapped wearing the tag around her neck which is used to carry information about sufferers to help inform emergency services of their condition.

A source says: "She wants to use her fame to bring attention to the fight against the condition."

The Hannah Montana star has recently denied that she ever dated Nick, stating: "No one knows we were ever together, so how could we break up if we were never together... No one has proof... We aren't broken up and we're not together.”

They would make a very cute couple if they did go out.
