After months of speculation over his future on the show, it has been confirmed that Isaiah Washington has been given the boot from Grey?s Anatomy.

Isaiah's publicist, Howard Bragman, confirms that Washington was informed Thursday that he was getting the big heave-ho.

It sounds like Isaiah didn?t take the news too well. He told Usmagazine, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore."

Isaiah was forced to apologise after calling his gay Grey?s co-star, T.R. Knight, a ?faggot?.

It's a shame that Isiah Washington was fired. I believe this is all backlash for Imus. However, there is a big difference in what he did and what Imus did. The word fag is used commonly,especially by gay men. Women sometimes call their boyfriends fags when they get made at them, and we know they aren't. Sometimes the word is used in a none offensive manner, yet after they made him do all those things he never should have had to do in the first place they still fired him. What he said was persona

Lot of black men call their wives ho's, bitches, and call other black men niggers. By that logic, Imus shouldn't have been fired either.

My (EX) favorite show has now went on the boycott list. Why don't they just hire Sanjaya Malakar to replace Dr. Burke? That would just top the cake and make the show REALLY great! ABC, are you kidding me? First you show a bunch of freakin re-runs all season of Grey's Anatomy then you air an extremely disappointing season finale, and now you have fired one of your lead actors for, in my opinion, basically nothing!!!!!!!!
