Halle Berry Says She’ll Never Marry Again

Although she?s been in a relationship with model Gabriel Aubry for over a year, Halle Berry says she has no plans to marry ? EVER.

"I will never, never get married again," the Oscar winner revealed to InStyle magazine. Berry has been married twice before - was formerly wed to Atlanta Braves player David Justice and R&B singer Eric Ben?t ? but says she no longer needs a piece of paper. "Actually it's just that now I've come to a place where I think two people can share their lives without the ring, without the piece of paper."

She also says she?s learned from her mistakes, these days choosing the more easygoing personalities when she's looking for love. "In the past I've been attracted to big personalities. Gabriel was shy. He hardly talked to me at first. I had to work at this a little," she says.

"It wasn't a slam dunk; it wasn't the guy just showering affection on me. It made it more interesting. We were equally matched ? put it that way."

The 40 year old also says she still wants children and is looking to adopt: "I definitely want children. Very much. I want my kids to realize it's only through hard work that any success or real joy comes. It's not about money; it's the intangible rewards ? having integrity and doing what you say you're going to do."
