The 3.5 million per year settlement is to "get by"

Heather Mills is demanding a ?10,000 a day pay off from Paul McCartney in their divorce settlement.

The Sun claims Heather came up with the amount after drawing up her annual cash commitments, with ?3.5 million deemed the amount she needs to ?get by?.

A friend of Sir Paul?s is quoted as saying ?It?s amazing?Many people have to work a year for what she wants to bank in just one day.?

Friends of McCartney have revealed Heather has said she would agree to a ?high-speed? settlement for a minimum cash pay-off of ?40 million, which Paul is refusing to agree to.

However, Paul argues he is worth considerably less than the ?825 million he is alleged to have. A source close to Paul revealed: ?Paul wants to be as generous as possible but the trouble is his fortune has been grossly exaggerated.?

Is anyone surprised? Why not ask for 30K per day.This woman’s so out of touch w/reality.3.5mil ’just to get by’ is insulting.That’s 7 MILLION dollars a month.I doubt if Paul even spends that much when he’s not on tour.Sad thing?...no matter WHAT Paul gives her she’ll be back for more.She’s the proverbial ’Bad penny.’ Crazy, crazy,crazy.Well pathological liars usually are.

I SURE wouldn’t want be on judging panel when she gets voted off DWTS.Sociopathic ruthless B*TCH loses control in a courtroom, coffee shop,on the street etc.,why not add a TV studio to her ”impressive” resume’? Gag me with a shovel,heather.Take your 10k demands and shove it!

And this from the woman who vehemently claims that she is not a golddigger. Well, proof is in the pudding, isn’t it? We all suspected that she was and she is certainly proving that she is. In some ways, I wish McCartney would pay it so she’d go away but I suspect the poor, pitiful public is going to be stuck with this woman in our faces forever.

Paul can afford it - he should pay her the $40 mil. if she signs a gag agreement. It’s called paying someone off so that they get out of your life and keep quiet. Whether HM deserves the money isn’t the question. If Paul wants to end this, all he has to do is agree to her request. The world will always know that she’s an ass, but at least we won’t have to keep hearing about her. He should have looked into her background prior to marrying her. And, he should have had a pre-nup.
