Heather Mills To Star On Desperate Housewives And New US Show

    Paul McCartney;s estranged wife Heather Mills is in the running for a new ?Footballers Wives?  TV show in the US.

At present, she is linked to the proposed show which would be loosely based on ?Footballers Wives? and will depict the glamorous life of the WAG.

The former model, who lost her leg in an accident, is also considering playing a part in hit series ?Desperate Housewives?.

Bosses at US TV station ABC have come up with the proposed televsion show and theme following the Beckham-mania, which has hit the States following the footballer's August move to LA Galaxy.

A source told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "It's all gone crazy over Beckham. It still isn't as appreciated here as it is in the UK but people are starting to take notice.

"We're keen to do something similar to 'Footballers' Wives' - soccer meets 'Dynasty'. Heather has done a lot of US TV and she's someone we would love for the show. There was talk of her appearing in 'Desperate Housewives' but if they don't want to know, then we do."

Looks like the lady?s bank account can only get plumper after her acrimonious divorce from poor old Macca?
