A failed applicant of the reality TV show ?The Apprentice? is allegedly suing Donald Trump over age discrimination.
49 year old Richard Hewett, a technology manager from New Hampshire, claims that Trump and his associates have violated the Age Discrimination In Employment Act, claiming that only two finalists over six shows have managed to make he final of the show.
Trump claims that no applicants were discriminated against over age, and that very few of the applicants were over forty.
The case was filed list week in US district court.
