Angelina Jolie Confirms Her Mother Has Cancer

In new TV interview...

In a new TV interview Oscar winning actress Angelina Jolie has confirmed that her mother is battling against ovarian cancer.

Speaking to Larry King on his CNN show Jolie said that her mother, Marcheline Betrand is currently ?doing good? and remains strong.

She said: "She has fought for six years and she's a remarkable woman, she's very, very strong and her spirit remains unbroken."

Jolie added that she expects her mother to win her fight against the disease.

The show will air in the US on Monday?check it out.

  • I don’t buy Miss UN image nor the rainbow of children she talks about. She collects orphans like handbags (it creeps me out: the way she travels to less developing countries and picks less fortunate babies to take home) It feels like she’s trying to be a this white angelic figure of some kind. I wonder if Namibia’s tourism has benefited from them in ”the long run”? People can’t contest a figure who is kind but what exactly is she doing? Is she (and now Pitt) replicating colonial landlords?

  • HOW MANY OF THE SO CALLED ORPHANS HAS SHE COLLECT SO FAR AND OUT OF HOW MANY MILLIONS.SHE has got two adopted kids out off twenty million in the world and they are human.Don’t give us,the she collects orphans like handbags because she has got two.What about Sharon Stone.   • I pray that her mother remains strong. Cancer is a horrible disease. I truly hope there will be some progress made with its treatment. I think it is great her and her mother have a close relationship Prayers for all those who are affected by cancer
