Madonna And Guy Ritchie Employ Marriage Counselor

Queen of Pop Madonna has recruited a marriage guidance counselor in order to salvage her marriage and relationship with husband Guy Ritchie.

The troubled couple has employed the help of therapist Tricia Barnes after their relationship weakened under pressure from the controversy surrounding their adoption of Baby David Bandy from Malawi.

Prior to the adoption reports of problem in the Ritchie household had circulated the tabloids; but things have now gotten so serious that the couple have been forced into taking drastic action.

A source told The People newspaper: "The marriage is near rock-bottom. They've been putting on a united front in public but behind closed doors their marriage has come under strain. The publicity surrounding the adoption has created a difficult atmosphere in their London home.

"But they are determined to make the marriage work and after a long heart-to-heart they both decided to seek the help of a marriage guidance specialist."
