Kevin Federline Wants $30million From Britney Spears

Britney Spears? estranged husband is reportedly going for broke regarding his divorce payout.

Spears filed divorce papers earlier this week; the couple had their second child just eight weeks ago but, reportedly have not been speaking for several weeks.

The popstar broke the news to Federline via text earlier this week while he was in the middle of promotional activities for his debut solo alum ?Playing With Fire?.

Since news of the divorce was made public, Federline has reportedly applied for custody of his two son sin a bid to get more money out of his millionaire wife.

According to their pre-nuptial agreement Britney will only have to support K-Fed for one more year, she is also required to give him a 20% share of their $10million home, but he has to give back any gifts bought for him that cost over $10,000; that means his $78,000 Ferrari.

Ha ha.

However, he is claiming in his own divorce petition that the terms of the pre-nup in no longer enough to validate their two year marriage and is demanding at least $30million.

He is hoping that Britney will just pay up to avoid a lengthy court case that could see K-Fed spilling the beans on their marriage secrets?the stories he could tell.
