Gun Charges Dropped Against G Unit Rappers

Gun possession charges gave against G Unit rappers Young Buck and Lloyd Banks have been dropped at the demand of prosecutors.

The pair were arrested in August 2005 following a gig at Madison Square Gardens in New York with Eminem and 50 Cent.

They were travelling in a van with some other men when they were pulled over by police who claimed they had firearms on them.

An investigation confirmed that neither men had a weapon on their person, so prosecutors asked for the case to be dismissed.

As billboard reports, Young Buck, commented: "This whole experience reminds me of the title of my new album - 'Rotten Apple.'"
