Lindsay Lohan wants to go to Iraq ? because she thinks it?s good to get involved in politics.

The party-loving actress told Good Morning America yesterday that she had been attempting to contact Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to discuss making a visit to the Middle-Eastern country, currently mired in a bloody civil war following America?s invasion.

She explained she hoped to inspire fellow youngsters to take action by making the trip, saying, ?It's good to get involved and take a stand.?

  • There is so much chaos in that country Lindsay will feel right at home. But really, can this little alcoholic go a week without a drink? I don’t think so. And its not like the Chateau Marmont is an hour away, either. Wasters with ambition, the worst kind!

  • Someone should tell Lindsay about this great Muslim bar in Fallujah that has a terrific happy hour special. You can walk the streets in skimpy skirts in that town and everyone would love to see Paris and Nicole,too. Have fun, ladies. If you drive over a roadside bomb on the way, don’t take it personally. No one in Iraq saw that ’Herbie” movie, unless they were in a cell at Abu Ghraib.

  • Who do you think you are Lindsay Lohan? Marilyn Monroe? Not even close. You might be able to cheer up the troops over there... But it would really cheer us up if you stayed there and out of the papers. Remember, most of the press has left, so every little move you make might not be covered.... Can you manage doing a good deed without all the histrionics and constant publicity? You should have figured out right now that Senator Clinton does not want to be associated with you. Give that a thought…

  • it’s not lindsay’s choice if she wants to be in the papers or not its the media and gossip makers. she wants to get involved then its her idea not yours. she does not want to be in the media. so if everyone stops buying or reading this stuff they would stop publishing and then we would have less celebrites overexposed.
