Star Jones To Sue The National Enquirer?

Star Jones has demanded that the National Enquirer admit that their story about her marriage being a ?sham? is untrue.

If they don?t the former star of The View says they can expect to battle it out in court.

Jones? representative Bob Chapman told TMZ that she is ?happily married? to her husband Al and that he is not gay like the paper alleges.

The allegations feature in next week?s edition of the National Enquirer during an article entitled ?Star Jones Husband Walks Out!?

Chapman has written to the Enquirer calling the article ?false and inflammatory? while adding that they had ?chosen to falsely state that Mr. Reynolds is gay?.

In a separate statement the couple said they would deal with the ?vicious lies and attempts at character assassination with quiet dignity?.
