Death Certificate Issued For Anna Nicole Smith's Son

Toxicology results are still pending...

Coroners have issued a death certificate for Anna Nicole Smith?s son Daniel Wayne who died whilst visiting his mother and new baby sister in the Bahamas.

It has been eleven days since Daniel died under mysterious circumstances and although toxicology results are still pending, Anna Nicole is now able to bury her 20 year old son.

Smith?s attorney Michael Scott said of the death certificate: "It is not unusual in instances where the cause of death cannot be determined to issue a death certificate. This is not a matter of special treatment being given in this particular case."

He added that Anna Nicole is starting to move forward, has filed a birth certificate for her baby daughter and plans to stay in the Bahamas where she has been granted permanent residency.

Scott said of Smith: "She's much better. You never get over that, you get through it. Time is the catalyst for that."

It is believed that the results of Daniel Smith?s toxicology reports are expected within two weeks.

I am devastated for Anna Nicole...Daniel was such a nice young man and I attribute that to Anna for being a wonderful mother..In spite of all she’s been through, she did a great job raising her son...There are no words to describe how she must feel..My heart goes out to her...

The kid saw his mom without makeup and died of fright. Sad, but it happens. Better than a stingray zapping you. Or not.

I’m so sad for Anna Nicole. Her son was a bright and sweet child. No mother should ever feel this type of pain. Daniel was in her life for a reason and they both were good for each other. Daniel, may your soul rest in peace,and please I hope Anna will be able to be strong and go on with her life. Remember what Daniel brought to her in life. Jackie Kennedy had a difficult life and thankfully she had died before her JFK Jr did. Life is not fair and makes no sense, we have to make the best of it.

Gimme a break; sweet, bright? Ummm DNA tests come to mind...then we may really have the reason for his depression ...sorry for being so jaded, but when John Q Public gets to have a say- as is the case here- that’s the questions I’d be asking. To me, Anna is a sick opportunist. Selling the newborn pix with Mom and David- family picture- HA!= for 600K?

I was so shocked when I first knew about Anna’s son’s death!He was a good person.And now my shockness doubled when I heard the news about Anna’s death!!It is so bad!She must have suffered too much before her death.But the irony is that they are still fighting where to burry the exsuperstar!!!I think she must be burried near her son!I’m so sorry Anna about what happened to you!May you and your son rest in peace!!!
