Is Gwyneth Paltrow Really Considering Surgery?

Rumour has it that actress Gwyneth Paltrow is considering having surgery to help her shift all of that baby weight.

Despite appearing as skinny as ever, Paltrow is not happy with her current body shape and is thinking of taking drastic action to remedy the situation.

Paltrow has two children with her husband Christ Martin, Apple and baby Moses.

While speaking with friends at a North London pub recently Paltrow said: "My stomach is rippling, my breasts don't feel good. I've been trying to work out. I want to do something about it."

Her American friend then explained about a post-pregnancy procedure that helped her lose 24 inches all over her body.

Gwynnie asked: "Can you get that in New York?"

Her friend replied: "Sure. And you wouldn't get hassled about it in New York."

She will now!!! I really can?t see her doing this; she is way too much of a health freak.
