Word on the street is that Madonna is planning on adopting a baby to add to her family.

Madge, who is married to film director Guy Ritchie, already has two children, Lourdes, 9 and Rocco, 5.

According to Handbag.com, Madge and Ritchie have already begun the adopting process, and are hoping to adopt a baby from Vista del Mar, California.

A source told the National Enquirer: "They've begun the application process and currently are undergoing evaluation typical of adoptive parents.

"So far they've been interviewed and fingerprinted to begin the process."
