Madonna To Become A Film Director

Queen of pop Madonna has revealed her next project will be her transformation from popstar to film director.

Madge, who is married to film director Guy Ritchie, is hoping that working behind the camera will give her the opportunity to become a visionary.

Other then her role as Eva Peron in ?Evita? Madge has been highly criticised for her acting skills and it seems like she is now throwing in the towel.

According to the Mirror she said: ?I?m more interested in directing now. I have so many tales to tell.

?Making movie for me was never about being a movie star; it was about being a good actress. But it?s not easy with the critics going after you before the movie is even released. It?s easier to be a visionary as a director.?

In other Madonna new, PageSix.com has revealed that Madonna will be featuring in new live action/animated film ?Arthur and the Invisibles? as Princess Selenia based on the children?s novel by Luc Besson, other?s lending their voices to the film include Mia Farrow, David Bowie and Snoop Dogg.

Madonna is currently in the US performing on her ?Confessions? tour.
