Geri Halliwell Gives Birth To Baby Girl

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell gave birth last night to a baby girl at London?s Portland Hospital.

Geri had her mum Anna Maria with her at the baby?s birth but refused to allow the child?s father to be present during her caesarean section.

The father of Geri?s baby screenwriter Sacha Gervasi has reportedly been frozen out of the child?s life.

The couple got together after they were introduced by Robbie Williams, however after a six week fling the relationship ended.

A hospital source told The Sun:  ?The birth went well. Mother and daughter are doing fine.?

It is thought that Gervasi is angry about being shut out of the baby?s life and is currently in talks with lawyers to find out what his rights are now the baby has been born in the UK.

He said publicly after finding out that Geri was pregnant: ?I fully intend to give Geri and the baby all the love and support they need.?
