She may have people who will answer her every beck and call but it appears that Kate Middleton is feeling lonely without her mum Carole.
Having broken tradition and spent Christmas day with Prince William and her family, Now magazine has reported that the Duchess of Cambridge, who is pregnant with her first child, has been left feeling lonely.
Luckily, the Duchess of Cornwall has been on hand to offer Kate support.

A source told the publication:
"Kate spends hours each week calling her mum. She gets lonely without her, so it's nice for Carole to know Kate's got Camilla."
The source went on to allege that Camilla was one of the first to find out that Kate was pregnant.
"Camilla was the first outside of Kate's immediate family to know.", the source added.
Whilst Kate may be resting up at home, Dancing On Ice host Phillip Schofield has expressed his opinion on wanting the Royal to join the show's line-up.
According to The Sun, he said: "If I was a contestant on the show, the Duchess of Cambridge would be my perfect partner because I suspect she’s very light on her feet.”
