The charges against the intruder who was arrested at Taylor Swift's home in Nashville, have been dropped.
It was reported earlier this month that Jacob Kulke had reportedly tried to enter Taylor's home. However the star, who is currently dating One Direction star Harry Styles, was not at home at the time.
According to E! News, the 24 year-old intruder is said to be "delighted" with the news that the cases against him have been dropped. A decision that Attorney Sean McKinney told E! News was down to Taylor's reps and the other parties invloved.

It is thought that the other reason why the charges against Jacob were dropped was because guards at Taylor's house allegedly told him, that he could go onto the property.
However, the case can be re-opened by the prosecutors if any new evidence comes to light within the year.
Of the result, Attorney Mckinney commented that Jacob "wanted to prove that he didn't trespass and he is thrilled."
Meanwhile, it was reported last week that Taylor and her beau would be spending the festive period apart.
A source told the Mirror: “They’re both massive stars and Taylor already had the commitment to go to Australia and Harry’s family were really keen to see him over the holidays...Plus, it’s Louis Tomlinson’s 21st today and Harry wants to be around for any last-minute celebrations.”
However it appears that the Haylor won't be apart for long as the source added that the couple are planning to reunite again.
"But they’re already planning their next meet up – Taylor has suggested to Harry that he flies out to Australia to meet up with her there.”
