Kevin Federline’s aunt has confirmed the recent claims that Britney Spears’ son Sean Preston was fathered by the former backing dancer's brother, Christopher, is a silly hoax.
News broke that Kevin’s brother Christopher had allegedly filed a restraining order against the X Factor judge, who according to court papers had been blackmailing and harassing him along with stealing money from his account.
In the fraudulent court documents it read that Christopher claimed Britney recently “went to Kevin’s house to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James, and [his] wallet was on Kevin’s coffee table when Britney opened it up and stole [his] Capital One credit card,” adding that when he told the star he would inform the police, Britney threatened she would expose him as the real father of her oldest son.

Kevin's aunt, Diane, told Celebuzz: "We pity the hoaxter for believing they could get by such a crazy story and for also believing, could damage the reputation of America’s pop princess."
It has now emerged that the person responsible for the cruel joke was known fraudster Jonathan Lee Riches, who also claimed to be the uncle of Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza.
"Despite the silly rumours, our family does respect each other and would never do such a hurtful thing to one or the other," Diane added.
"Kevin and Chris are close and will always be. We (Christopher and I) have spoken and yes, it is distressing to us all. But we’ll get over it. We always do."
