UPDATE: Kevin Federline's family members have confirmed that it's been a cruel hoax and Christopher did not file for a restraining order against Britney Spears.

Britney Spears must have received quite a shock when she heard that her former brother-in-law had reportedly requested a restraining order against her.

Christopher Federline, brother of Britney’s ex Kevin and uncle to her two sons Jayden and Sean Preston, has made sensational claims, according to RadarOnline.

In court papers reportedly filed by Christopher, he claims that the X Factor USA judge had stolen his credit card, and had threatened to go public with the fact that he’s the real father of Britney’s son Sean Preston.

Federline alleges that Britney made off with his credit card after discovering it on her ex-husband Kevin’s table, and spent over $4,500. He then claims that Britney spent the cash on vintage comic books.

In the legal documents, he claims: "She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card that she will tell the world I'm the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin."

A judge has dismissed the case.

More information has been reported by The National Enquirer, with Christopher claiming that Britney would mocked him following the alleged theft: “Britney … laughed at me [and] told me my brother Kevin ruined her life. Britney made fun of me and told me I have a small penis,” he said.

“She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin. I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know."

The odd request was reportedly filed just a week before Christmas.
